The conventional Rinser is the optimum solution for washing the inside and outside of aluminium and tin cans. It has been designed by Magnoni as a multi-channel system, with specific channel for each format, and is therefore indicated when the number of formats to be handled is not high. The washing medium is water (from 0°C to 70°C), ionised air, or both at the same time. Specifically, compared to water, the ionised air system offers the following advantages: no residual water, lower environmental impact, smaller sizes with performance being equal. The tunnel is constructed in Stainless Steel 304 and is fitted with adjustable nozzles and flow control and management systems. The conventional Rinser can also be complemented with various optional features:
– construction in stainless steel 316
– cleaning solutions alternative to water can also be added in combination (chlorinated, ozonated, mains air, etc.)
– option to recover water and boost it for internal use with filtration or for external use
– disinfection system (CIP)
– service/maintenance ladder
